I work out 4-5 times a week, so my muscles get pretty sore. That’s why I was looking for something to help them recover faster. I tried this cooling gel and it was awesome! It smells very minty and refreshing, it absorbs well, doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky, and the menthol scent doesn’t linger on your clothes.
I’ve started rubbing my knees and quads after a leg workout and combining it with a nice stretching session. The result is that I sleep through the night without any knee ache (unlike before) and the soreness goes away quicker.
